4f88221983 A few fixes and started working on docs.

2b12ddd653 Switch OpenUSD build to CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH

ab11f36e72 Finally got eCAL to build, including all dependencies.

62747bab18 OpenUSD requires some pyhon dep packages during build. So, after all this, sadly, we now need to have a venv for this.
